Place fruits or vegetable in sink or cleaning recipient. Add 1 capfull ( 10 ml ) “Sterily” per liter of water (About ¼ cup for a kitchen sink). Fruits and vegetables must be completely covered by the solution. Mix gently and let soak for 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly under the tap. 2. In institutional kitchens, it is recommended to use a dispensing tap giving a precise” Sterily” dilution of 1:100. Such a dispensing device to be set up onto the main kitchen sink tap, is available from the Company for a fee including periodic maintenance.
